2027 Pedestal Deposit

Reserve your 2027 event date for just $25!

Your rental includes a beautiful 4-piece pedestal set:

• 2 large pedestals: 42” tall × 18” wide × 18” deep
• 2 medium pedestals: 30” tall × 12” wide × 12” deep

Pickup & Delivery

You’re welcome to pick up in South Boise! For reference, all four pedestals fit in my RAV4 with the seats folded down. The two smaller pedestals nest inside the larger ones, making transportation easier.

I also offer FREE venue drop-off within approximately 20–25 minutes of my South Boise location! Locations farther away may require a travel fee.

Reservation & Rental Details

Your $25 reservation deposit is nonrefundable and secures the pedestals for your selected 2027 event date.

Your rental includes an extended rental period of at least 48 hours, so you don’t have to stress about returning everything immediately after your event! Need them longer? Just let me know. Discounted rental extensions are available.

Contracts & Payments

Official 2027 rental contracts will be sent out in January as I finish organizing my business for the upcoming year. Thank you so much for your patience and for booking early!

Your remaining rental balance is due 30 days before your event. If payment is not received and I haven’t heard from you, your reservation may be released and the pedestals made available for another booking.

Additional Rentals & Bundle Discounts

Planning on adding more rentals to your event? I recommend requesting additional items at least 60 days before your event to give us the best chance of securing everything you need.

Drapery, pedestals, and other rental inventory are limited, especially during busy event seasons.

Bundle discounts are available when booking multiple rental items!

Thank you for supporting my growing small business. I’m so excited to help bring your 2027 event together!
